The Smilist ONE Child Membership starts at $20 per month or $220 per year. Pay annually and receive 1 month free. Each additional child costs $15 per month or $180 per year. The membership includes comprehensive exams, annual digital x-rays, dental cleanings, fluoride treatments, member-only rates, emergency visits, free specialist consultations, and no deductibles or maximums. A one-time, non-refundable $50 enrollment fee and a 1-year commitment apply.
