For Oregon policyholders residing in Klamath County affected by the Wrights Spring Fire, Aflac provides a premium grace period from August 5, 2026 through October 6, 2026. The grace period also extends claim filing deadlines and provides leniency for other actions required under the policy. A replacement policy copy is available upon request. Network Dental and Vision Members also receive extensions for claim filing, relaxed prior authorization, precertification, and referral requirements, access to appropriate out-of-network providers when in-network providers are unavailable or members are displaced, and leniency for other certificate requirements.
