The fund supports publication of the fourth article in a cumulative doctoral programme, provided it is published in a fee-based online journal with a peer-review process. The application form must be submitted together with the quotation or invoice and a recommendation from the first supervisor. The recommendation must confirm that the journal is a high-quality specialist journal, such as an A journal, with peer review. The article must have been demonstrably accepted by the journal. The grant is paid directly upon submission of the invoice.
