A lifestyle service benefit available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to eligible NAB Platinum Card and NAB Signature Card customers. Services include flight information; sourcing, purchasing and delivery of tickets for theatre shows, concerts and sporting events; event and show information; restaurant referrals and reservations; hotel information, referrals and reservations; car rental, limousine and car service information, referrals and reservations; destination information; health club information, referrals and reservations; golf tee time information and reservations; gift sourcing and arrangements; sourcing, purchasing and delivery of goods; pre-trip information and assistance; emergency message service; passport and visa assistance; emergency interpretation assistance; business service assistance; send it home service; and courier service. The cardholder will be informed of costs and options before any booking or purchase. Research and coordination services are not charged, but the cardholder is responsible for goods and services purchased, deposits, cancellation costs, delivery and shipping costs, customs duties and import taxes, fund transfer costs and any funds advanced. Services are valid locally and worldwide, subject to the terms and exclusions in the booklet.
