A lifestyle service benefit available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to eligible NAB Platinum Card and NAB Signature Card customers. Services include flight information, event and ticket assistance, restaurant and hotel referrals and reservations, car rental and limousine services, destination information, health club and golf reservations, gift sourcing, goods sourcing and delivery, pre-trip assistance, emergency message and interpretation services, passport and visa assistance, business services, send it home services and courier services. Lifestyle Services are valid locally and worldwide. The cardholder will be informed of costs and options before any booking or purchase. Research and coordination services are not charged, but the cardholder is responsible for goods and service costs, deposits, cancellation costs, delivery and shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, fund transfer costs and any advanced funds. Requests are subject to availability, applicable laws, shipping regulations and other exclusions in the terms and conditions.
