The all-inclusive monthly fee is $2,333 for an individual, with family members added at an additional cost. MD² does not bill insurance or Medicare. The fee provides unlimited access to your physician and physician partner and covers all care and services provided by the office, including an extensive annual physical, unlimited visits, house and workplace calls, x-rays, routine lab tests and diagnostics indicated by your age, health and conditioning status. There is no annual contract obligation, and services can be canceled at any time without financial commitment.
