The all-inclusive monthly fee is $2,333 for an individual. Family members can be added at an additional cost. MD² does not bill insurance or Medicare. The fee ensures absolute, unlimited access to your physician and their physician partner, and covers all care and services provided by the office, including every primary care service, an extensive annual physical, unlimited visits, house and workplace calls, x-rays, and routine lab tests and diagnostics indicated by your age, health, and conditioning status. There is no annual contract obligation and services can be cancelled at any time without a financial commitment.
