The buffet includes seafood on ice and cold cuts, sashimi, sushi and maki rolls, salad bar, rotating cold entrees, soups, Hong Kong dim sum, live stations, noodle station, rotating hot mains, Singapore snacks, DIY stations, desserts, Hong Kong dessert of the day, soft serve, and free flow juices, coffee and tea.
