The buffet includes seafood on ice and cold cuts, sashimi, assorted sushi and maki rolls, rotating cold entrees, salad bar, rotating soups, Hong Kong dim sum, live stations, a featured Hong Kong suckling pig station, rotating noodle stations, rotating hot mains, Singapore snacks, DIY desserts, rotating desserts, Hong Kong desserts of the day, and free flow juices, coffee and tea. Menu items are subject to changes according to availability. $128 per adult and $38 per child aged 7 to 12 years.
