SFMTA offers discounts to individuals experiencing homelessness in San Francisco, including a one-time waiver of all open parking citations on one vehicle, transit citation waiver, removal of all late penalties on public citations, the option to receive services at a participating nonprofit instead of paying citations through the CONNECT Program, a free Muni transit pass through the Access Pass, a one-time boot removal fee waiver, and cancellation of administrative, towing, and storage fees. Payment plans and community service are also available as alternatives to paying citation amounts in full, with late penalties waived after enrollment. Eligibility requires currently experiencing homelessness in San Francisco and having contacted one of the city's access points within the past six months.
