Special introductory fixed rate of 5.99% APR for six months. After the introductory period, variable rates are as low as 6.75% APR. Offer valid July 17, 2026 through October 30, 2026, and the loan must close by December 31, 2026. Available only to new HELOC customers and current HELOC customers whose loan matures within one year from the application date. Available for collateral properties in Illinois, excluding Kankakee County, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. Not available for investment properties.
