During the January 2026 through December 2026 performance period, registered mail owners who grow qualifying First-Class Mail or Marketing Mail volumes versus the January 2025 through December 2025 baseline can receive a 30% postage credit for qualifying volume that exceeds the established threshold. Registration is March 2026 through May 2026. Eligible mail includes First-Class Mail presort and automation letters, cards, and flats, plus Marketing Mail saturation letters and flats, high density letters and flats, letters and flats, carrier route mail, parcels, and saturation parcels. Participants must meet all other requirements.
