From May 1, 2027 through September 30, 2027, mailpieces that include copy encouraging mail creation, promoting USPS services, and highlighting the value of mail qualify for a 5% discount. Registration is March 15, 2027 through September 30, 2027. Eligible mail includes First-Class Mail letters, cards, and flats, USPS Marketing Mail letters and flats, and Nonprofit USPS Marketing Mail letters and flats.
