During the CY 2026 performance period, registered mail owners who grow qualifying First-Class Mail or Marketing Mail volumes beyond an established threshold can receive a 30% postage credit. Registration is March 2026 through May 2026. Eligible mail includes First-Class Mail presort and automation letters, cards, and flats, plus qualifying USPS Marketing Mail letters, flats, carrier route mail, parcels, and saturation parcels.
