The promotion period is May 1, 2027 through September 30, 2027, and registration is available from March 15, 2027 through September 30, 2027. Eligible mail includes First-Class Mail letters, cards, and flats, USPS Marketing Mail letters and flats, and Nonprofit USPS Marketing Mail letters and flats.
