A six-week, full-time programme for people with previous work experience who want to return to work or vocational activity after a mental illness. Participants can explore and try out different training areas, including indoor skilled trades with a focus on metal, electrical and woodworking, outdoor skilled trades with a focus on landscaping, technical building management, masonry and construction, and commercial occupations including secretarial and organisational work, finance and accounting, human resources and controlling. A multiprofessional team provides intensive guidance, counselling and support. The programme aims to develop a realistic, sustainable and individual career plan, which is discussed with the funding provider. It is offered at the Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg and Berlin-Kladow locations. Subject to need and approval by the funding provider, vocational training may follow.
