Details.
A six-week, full-time programme for people with previous work experience who want to return to work after a mental illness. Participants can explore and trial different training areas, including indoor trades focused on metal, electrical and woodworking; outdoor trades focused on horticulture and landscaping, technical building management, masonry and construction; and commercial occupations focused on secretarial and organisational work, finance and accounting, human resources and controlling. A multiprofessional team provides intensive guidance, advice and support. The programme develops a realistic, sustainable and individual career plan, which is discussed with the funding provider. The programme is offered at the Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg and Berlin-Kladow locations. With the funding provider's approval and where needed, vocational training may follow.
