Discounted 2 Year Fixed Rate in Home Package Plus for owner occupied applicants who are new to bank lending, with lending of $150,000 or more, maximum LVR of 80% and principal and interest repayments. The discounted rate is currently 6.24% p.a., calculated by subtracting a 0.45% discount from the Standard 2 Year Fixed Rate of 6.69% p.a. The discounted rate is only applicable while the loan remains in Home Package Plus. At expiry of the 2 Year Fixed Rate term, the loan will revert to the applicable Standard Variable Rate advertised at the time, currently 9.23% p.a., less the Home Package Plus discount, currently 3.05% p.a.
