The competition is open to Victorian residents aged 18 years or over who are not prohibited from entering Crown. Registration opens at 12:01am AEST on Monday, 27 July 2026 and closes at 5:00pm AEST on Sunday, 23 August 2026. Entrants must complete the online entry form, nominate an eligible Victorian resident aged 18 years or over, identify the nominee's signature recipe as an entrée, main course or dessert, provide an explanation of 50 words or fewer, and upload a photograph of the nominee. One eligible entry per entrant and nominee is accepted. Three best valid entries will be selected as finalists. Each finalist will be invited to the Finalist Celebratory Dinner at Gradi at Crown on Wednesday, 14 October 2026, and may invite up to 20 friends and family members. Finalists must also agree to filming, promotional commitments, and provide their recipe for reproduction by Gradi and possible inclusion on the Gradi at Crown menu for approximately one month. Meals and other costs not expressly included are the responsibility of finalists and their guests. Employees of Crown Resorts Limited and Grimdi Pty Ltd and their related bodies corporate, and their immediate family members, are not permitted to enter.
