Eligible people experiencing homelessness can receive free access to Muni vehicles through the expiration month and year printed on the pass. Applicants must currently be homeless in San Francisco and have contacted a City Access Point within the last six months. The pass can be mailed to a service provider or another location where the applicant receives mail, or picked up at the SFMTA Customer Service Center.
