Eligible mailers who incorporate a multi-sensory experience, such as special visual effects, sound, scent, texture or tactile treatments, or taste, in their mailpiece may receive a basic 3% discount or an advanced 5% discount. The promotion period is January 1, 2027 through June 30, 2027, and registration is October 15, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Eligible mail includes Marketing Mail letters and flats, Nonprofit USPS Marketing Mail letters and flats, and First-Class Mail letters, cards, and flats.
