The add-on provides a 1% discount. The promotion period is January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027, and registration is October 15, 2026 through December 31, 2027. Eligible mail includes First-Class Mail letters, cards, and flats, Marketing Mail letters and flats, and Nonprofit USPS Marketing Mail letters and flats.
