From January 1, 2027 through June 30, 2027, eligible mailers who incorporate a multi-sensory experience, such as special visual effects, sound, scent, texture or tactile treatments, or taste, in their mailpiece may receive a basic 3% discount or an advanced 5% discount. Registration is October 15, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Eligible mail includes Marketing Mail letters and flats, Nonprofit USPS Marketing Mail letters and flats, and First-Class Mail letters, cards, and flats.
