Eligible mailers may receive a basic 3% or advanced 5% postage discount when they incorporate a multisensory experience into their mailpiece, such as special visual effects, sound, scent, texture or tactile treatments, or taste. The promotion period is January 1, 2027 through June 30, 2027, and registration is available from October 15, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Eligible mail includes Marketing Mail letters and flats, Nonprofit USPS Marketing Mail letters and flats, and First-Class Mail letters, cards, and flats.
