Participants who claim one of the USPS Mailing Promotions can enhance their campaigns with environmentally conscious materials by demonstrating that the paper used in the mailing came from a certifiable, responsible source. The add-on provides a 1% discount from January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027. Registration is October 15, 2026 through December 31, 2027. Eligible mail includes First-Class Mail letters, cards, and flats, Marketing Mail letters and flats, and Nonprofit Marketing Mail letters and flats.
