Participants who claim one of the USPS Mailing Promotions can add an Informed Delivery digital element to their mailpiece. The add-on provides a 1% discount on eligible mailpieces, plus an additional 0.5% incentive for eDoc submission. The promotion period is January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027, and registration is October 15, 2026 through December 31, 2027. Eligible mail includes specified First-Class Mail automation letters, postcards, and flats, Marketing Mail automation letters and flats, Marketing Mail DDU-entered Carrier Route Saturation Flats, and qualifying Nonprofit USPS Marketing Mail automation and DDU-entered Carrier Route Saturation Flats.
