Participants can add a digital element to eligible mailpieces through USPS Informed Delivery. The promotion runs throughout calendar year 2026, with registration throughout calendar year 2026. The discount is 1% on eligible mailpieces, with an additional 0.5% incentive for eDoc submission. Eligible mail includes specified First-Class Mail automation letters, postcards, and flats; Marketing Mail automation letters and flats; Marketing Mail DDU-entered Carrier Route Saturation Flats; and corresponding nonprofit mail.
