Participants can add a digital element to eligible mailpieces through USPS Informed Delivery. The promotion runs January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027, with registration from October 15, 2026 through December 31, 2027. The discount is 1% on eligible mailpieces, with an additional 0.5% incentive for eDoc submission. Eligible mail includes specified First-Class Mail automation letters, postcards, and flats; Marketing Mail automation letters and flats; Marketing Mail DDU-entered Carrier Route Saturation Flats; and corresponding nonprofit mail.
