This promotion encourages mailers to use catalogs as a marketing tool. The discount is 10% during the promotion period of October 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. Registration is August 15, 2025 through June 30, 2026. Eligible mail includes USPS Marketing Mail, Marketing Parcels, and Nonprofit USPS Marketing Mail letters and flats that meet nonprofit and catalog definitions. The catalog must be at least 12 pages, bound, include a visual list of products or services offered for sale, contain enough information to allow an order to be placed, and include fulfillment and ordering information.
