Participants who claim one of the USPS Mailing Promotions can add an Informed Delivery digital element to their mailpiece. The add-on runs January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027, with registration from October 15, 2026 through December 31, 2027. It provides a 1% discount on eligible mailpieces, plus an additional 0.5% incentive for eDoc submission. Eligible mail includes specified First-Class Mail automation letters, postcards, and flats, Marketing Mail automation letters and flats, Marketing Mail DDU-entered Carrier Route Saturation Flats, and corresponding nonprofit mail.
