The role includes booking technology, commercial processes, learning about tourism products and services from tour operators, hotels, airlines and cruise lines, participating in product training, webinars and seminars, advising customers and selling travel, actively engaging and retaining customers, and handling general administrative tasks. Applicants must have successfully completed vocational training as a tourism clerk, sound knowledge of destinations and travel services, familiarity with Amadeus, Irisplus and Cruise Compass booking systems, flexibility, strong communication skills, willingness to learn, commitment, team spirit, independence, quick comprehension, organisational skills, enthusiasm for travel and good MS Office skills.
