The role combines exceptional hospitality with theatrical flair. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, explaining the Paris in 1897 dining concept, proactively recommending menu and bar items, processing payments, delivering accurate and prompt food and drinks service, maintaining an immaculate section, handling dietary requirements, participating in light role-play and scripted interactions, following food safety rules, and supporting venue cleaning and resets. Applicants need experience in a fast-paced hospitality or food service environment, excellent communication and people skills, energy, adaptability, a positive and flexible attitude, and the ability to stand for extended periods and safely carry a fully loaded tray. Theatre, performance, interactive events, themed entertainment, concept dining or multilingual experience would be advantageous. Fixed-term contracts are available for the show or the rest of 2026, with both fixed-hours and zero-hours options. The role has an immediate start.
