Join Lorne's small, close-knit floor team at an independent neighbourhood restaurant known for excellent food, an exceptional wine list and warm, genuine hospitality. Lorne is looking for someone with a genuine interest in wine and hospitality who wants to keep learning. Existing wine knowledge, such as WSET Level 2 or 3, is helpful but not essential. The role offers scope to become involved in the wine list, cellar organisation and wine service alongside day-to-day floor work. It would suit someone warm, confident and calm under pressure who enjoys working as part of a small team and takes pride in looking after guests. Previous experience is helpful but not essential. Training, flexible hours, staff food, staff drinks and restaurant discounts are offered.
