Reporting to the CMO, the VP of Pharmacy leads pharmacy strategy, performance, and operations and supports eternalHealth's Medicare growth and expansion. Responsibilities include driving Part D quality and STAR performance, optimizing the pharmacy portion of the medical loss ratio, overseeing OptumRx, developing high-cost drug action plans, assisting with strategic product planning, managing pharmacy operations and clinical programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing vendor relationships, maintaining pharmacy benefit design, partnering on clinical and quality initiatives, maintaining policies and procedures, participating in annual readiness activities, supporting CMS audits and consultations, monitoring pharmacy KPIs, and protecting privacy and confidentiality. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in pharmacy, an active pharmacist license, at least 5 years of managed care or PBM experience, the ability to work in person from the Boston office, strong knowledge of Medicare Part D requirements, communication skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency. Medicare Part D health plan or PBM experience, CMS audit experience, Part D reporting experience, and program management skills are preferred. Salary is $155,000 to $245,000 per year.
