Macquarie Education Group Australia is recruiting qualified vocational trainers and assessors for Social Media Marketing, Leadership and Management, Accounting, Business, Marketing and Communication, and Travel and Tourism Management courses. Applicants must hold an approved training and assessment qualification or an adult education qualification at Diploma level or higher, relevant vocational qualifications, industry and VET currency or experience, and professional development. At least two years of adult training and assessment experience is preferred. Applicants should understand trainer qualification mapping, assessment validation and moderation, and have excellent oral, written communication, presentation and computing skills. Desirable criteria include familiarity with adult learning in an international student environment, the ability to multitask and prioritise work within specified timeframes, and an understanding of the Standards for RTOs 2015 and National Code 2018.
