MEGA Education is seeking qualified and experienced Cambridge exam preparation teachers. Duties include providing quality learner-centred ESL lessons, developing and implementing teaching resources, assessing students' English language development and providing regular feedback, conducting assessments every four weeks and reporting on outcomes, and performing other duties as required by the Academic Manager, such as leading excursions and marking online placement tests. Applicants require a recognised degree or equivalent, a recognised TESOL qualification, highly developed written and verbal communication skills, cultural competence, the ability to work with students of different levels, support and mentor students, engage students in class, and teach with technology. Experience teaching in an ELICOS setting is desirable. Staff must have a current Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain one.
