Join a winter or spring vacation scheme to gain insight into life at Reed Smith and understand the work encountered as a trainee. You will experience a practice or industry group of your preference, work with an experienced supervisor, join a team, contribute to live projects, and receive support from a trainee buddy. The scheme includes sessions covering networking, professional etiquette, presentation skills, and business development, along with a group exercise and final interview. Attendees are paid a weekly wage in line with the London Living Wage, and candidates based outside London receive a travel accommodation grant. During the autumn 2027 recruitment round, candidates starting their training contract from 2029 onwards will be considered.
