Under30Experiences Trip Leaders facilitate unforgettable experiences for travelers, change people's lives, and create community while showing travelers beautiful places around the world. Responsibilities include leading groups of 8 to 16 travelers, delivering exceptional customer service, handling questions and concerns, following established itineraries, making reservations and confirmations, tracking expenses and budgets, accompanying travelers, providing trip recaps, creating content such as blog posts, pictures, and Instagram stories, updating itineraries and procedures with the Regional Manager, and fostering community. Requirements include a passion for adventure travel, natural leadership and communication skills, resourcefulness under pressure, fluency in English, CPR and First Aid training, in-depth local cultural knowledge, public speaking and group management skills, interest in connecting with travelers, empathy, and experience using Google Docs, Slack, and email. Industry experience, photography or videography skills, Wilderness First Responder training, local knowledge and contacts, and long-term travel experience are nice to have.
