We are seeking a compassionate mental health professional with strong administration skills to help deliver support to people working in the creative industries. Duties include managing the support inbox, acting as the first point of contact for people accessing the mental health and wellbeing service, triaging applications from new clients, maintaining client and Practitioner spreadsheets, preparing monthly usage reports, compiling feedback reports, liaising with partner organisations, answering client and Practitioner queries, monitoring support telephone, text and WhatsApp enquiries, and representing Wellbeing in the Arts at public events. Applicants must be trained Counsellors registered with a governing body such as the BACP or UKCP. The role requires enthusiasm for supporting the creative industries, a background in the creative industries, strong organisational, administrative, communication and software skills, the ability to manage confidential data, accuracy, flexibility, reliability and a non-judgmental, personable manner. This is an initial part-time freelance contract for 21 hours per week across three full days, ideally Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with flexibility. The role can be performed remotely, with occasional in-person meetings. Salary is £20 to £25 per hour, equivalent to £36,000 to £45,000 per annum pro rata.
