Join the Fund Services team in Vilnius. Responsibilities include arranging cash transfers within real estate funds, maintaining intercompany loan data, calculating interest rates and financial covenants, reporting to banks, supporting KYC matters, maintaining treasury documentation, preparing derivatives and cash balance reports, budgeting bank and intercompany loans, and providing ad hoc support to the Head of Fund Treasury. Applicants should have or be pursuing a university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Audit or Accounting, some experience in a similar field, proficiency in written and spoken English, and strong MS Office skills. Understanding of financial statements and experience in lending, banking or accounting are advantages.
