Based in the Helsinki office, the Risk and Compliance Officer manages Group-level risks and regulatory compliance, working with the CEO, Group Counsel, Head of Sustainability, HR, investment teams and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include monitoring regulatory compliance, developing risk-based compliance plans, updating risk management and compliance policies, coordinating data protection, AML and KYC processes, contributing to compliant investment decision-making, conducting risk assessments, preparing board reports, liaising with regulators and auditors, addressing KYC and investor questionnaires, delivering training, and monitoring changes in relevant laws and regulations. The role requires an advanced degree in a relevant field, 4 to 5 years of compliance experience, knowledge of risk management and regulatory frameworks, excellent English and Finnish communication skills, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
