Prepare and organise boats before departure, welcome guests, check them in, sell tickets, promote experiences, serve drinks, handle payments, explain tours and activities, coordinate with skippers and fellow hosts, support safe boarding and disembarkation, and keep the boat clean and tidy. The role includes working during events such as the Amsterdam Light Festival, Gay Pride and King's Day. Applicants must be at least 18, outgoing and warm, available 2 to 3 days per week including at least one weekend day, available evenings, during high season and on public holidays, and have a good command of English. Additional languages are a bonus and hospitality experience is a plus.
