Boston Neurobehavioral Associates is seeking therapists and counselors for all Massachusetts locations. Candidates must have a master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field, active Massachusetts licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure, strong case conceptualization and clinical assessment skills, the ability to build therapeutic relationships, and experience providing clinical evaluations and evidence-based psychotherapy. Responsibilities include intake evaluations, diagnostic assessments, individualized treatment planning, psychoeducation and counseling, collaboration with healthcare providers and referral contacts, and timely clinical documentation.
