Boston Neurobehavioral Associates is seeking bilingual Spanish therapists and counselors for all Massachusetts locations. Candidates must have a master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field, active Massachusetts licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure, fluency in Spanish and English with the ability to provide therapy in both languages, strong clinical assessment and case conceptualization skills, and experience providing clinical evaluations and evidence-based psychotherapy. Responsibilities include providing psychotherapy and counseling in Spanish and English, intake evaluations, diagnostic assessments, individualized treatment planning, psychoeducation, collaboration with healthcare providers and referral contacts, and culturally sensitive care.
