Support the fair, secure and proper conduct of high-stakes tests at the AIL Box Hill Test Centre. Responsibilities include providing customer service, following test procedures and compliance requirements, preparing rooms and equipment, supporting test sessions and candidate check-in, assisting candidates, performing invigilation duties, providing administrative and basic technical support, escalating issues, completing post-test tasks, and supporting other test centre operations. Applicants need excellent English communication, customer service experience, a police check or Working with Children Check, familiarity with IELTS test formats, strong computer and troubleshooting skills, confidentiality and security awareness, reliability, and availability to work at least two weekdays or weekends.
