Plan, coordinate and supervise engaging activities for international students and short-term study program learners under 18 at the AIL Brighton Campus. Responsibilities include leading after-school activities, organising sports, games and cultural workshops, accompanying Saturday excursions around Melbourne and Victoria, ensuring student safety and wellbeing, maintaining attendance records and activity reports, communicating with students, parents, teachers and Student Services, developing new activity programs, and providing pastoral care. Applicants need a current Working with Children Check, fluent English, experience working with children or teenagers, strong communication skills, and availability on weekday afternoons and occasional Saturdays. First Aid, excursion or school holiday program experience, relevant education or youth work experience, a driver's licence and multilingual skills are desirable.
