Support the Paignton store for approximately 12 to 18 hours per week over 3 days. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maintaining health, safety and food hygiene standards, operating the cash register, baking off products, assisting customers with purchases, maintaining stock levels, keeping the shop floor clean and displays well presented, and promoting products and special offers. Candidates should have strong customer service and communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be flexible to work a variety of shifts across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays. Applicants must be aged 18 or over. The role offers £11.35 to £12.71 per hour dependent on age, weekly pay, colleague discounts, free hot drinks while on shift, discounts on Cornish Sea Salt products, flexible working hours, long service awards, a uniform, ongoing training and development, and store incentives.
