Lead and inspire the team at Warrens Bakery in Trago Devon for 39 hours a week. Responsibilities include managing hiring, performance, scheduling and task assignments, overseeing daily shop operations, achieving commercial targets, conducting audits for hygiene and food safety, managing stock availability and product quality, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring the team is safe, motivated and well-trained. Previous management experience, preferably in food retail, the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, experience monitoring, managing and improving KPIs, and flexibility to work shifts across all seven days, including weekends and holidays, are required. Applicants must be aged 18 or over. The role offers £30,000 to £32,000 per annum depending on experience, colleague discounts, free hot drinks while on shift, discounts on Cornish Sea Salt products, flexible working hours, long service awards, a uniform, ongoing training and development, and store incentives.
