Shartsis Friese LLP is seeking a mid-level or senior corporate tax associate or counsel to advise clients in the corporate and M&A and investment fund practices. The role involves mid-market M&A, joint ventures, early stage companies, taxation of partnerships, corporations, offshore entities and complex financial transactions, and representation of investment advisers and private investment funds. Candidates should ideally possess 5 to 8 years of corporate tax transactional experience, superior academic credentials from nationally recognized law schools and demonstrably superior legal writing skills. The anticipated annual base salary range is $310,000 to $370,000.
