Candidates should have strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, an interest in client-facing responsibilities, strong collaboration skills and superior legal drafting skills. Exceptional academic credentials and California bar admission or eligibility for admission are required. The anticipated annual base salary range is $252,000 to $325,000.
